Plainly: I collect only what I need to reach you and to do the work, I don't sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

First, what this is

Goblin Life Coach is a one-person coaching practice run by Eric. It is not therapy and not a healthcare service. That distinction matters here too: because this is coaching and not medical care, health-privacy laws such as HIPAA don't apply, and nothing here is medical-grade confidentiality. I still treat what you share with real care and discretion — as a matter of professional practice, goblin to goblin.

What I collect

• When you join the waitlist or write to me: your name, email, time zone, your onion, what you want to goblin about, how you found me, and anything else you choose to tell me.
• When you book a session (once booking opens): scheduling and payment are handled by trusted third parties — Cal.com for scheduling and Stripe for payment. I receive your name and email and confirmation that you've paid; I never see or store your card details.
• What you share in a session: I may keep brief private notes so I can do good work with you. I keep them confidential and don't share them.
• Automatically: basic, privacy-respecting analytics and standard server logs (such as your approximate location and browser) from my host. The site loads no third-party tracking until you choose to book — at which point the booking and payment tools set their own cookies under their own policies.

Why I collect it

To reach you when a slot opens, to schedule and provide coaching, to answer you when you write, and to keep the site working and a little better over time. That's it.

Who sees it

Only me, and the service providers I rely on to run the practice — hosting (Cloudflare), scheduling (Cal.com), payment (Stripe), and email. Each has its own privacy policy. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — just write to hello@goblinlifecoach.com. You can leave the waitlist or unsubscribe at any time, no reason needed.

How long I keep it

Only as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it for. Waitlist entries are removed when you ask, or when they're no longer relevant. I don't hoard data.

Adults only

This service and site are for adults (18+). I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and move the date at the top. Nothing sneaky.
